Michael has extensive commercial, business, franchising and real estate experience. Before entering legal practice his previous experience included being a franchisee and franchisor, a licensed real estate agent and sales manager.
He is admitted as a solicitor in the Supreme Court of Queensland, the High Court of Australia, and is admitted as a solicitor and barrister in the High Court of New Zealand. Michael is a Member of the Queensland Law Society.

Stacey is a family lawyer with extensive experience in property settlement, spousal maintenance, parenting, child support, divorce and financial agreements. She specialises in financial matters involving complex property pools, including entity structures, trading businesses, self-managed superannuation funds and taxation issues. Stacey believes that each matter requires a tailored strategic approach, and has strong skills in negotiation, mediation and a broad range of litigation, including arbitration and final hearings.
